This journal has nothing to do with the song Still Alive or any such thing. Though I do have that song stuck in my head today.

So...once again it's been forever and a half since I wrote a journal. I guess it doesn't really matter, since I doubt anyone really cares what I do on DeviantART anymore, with me being incredibly absent and such. I do check this place like every single day though. Yknow, to keep from drowning in deviations and messages. So this is just for me to say, yes, I am still here, and no, it is no longer February 22nd. That was my last journal. About Sakuracon 2010. That feels like forever ago now. If anyone has been waiting in suspense to hear about that, I'm sorry to have kept you waiting, and yes, it went well, as far as I can remember. I'm actually in college now. That's pretty insane. I've had classes for three days. So far I can't say much about them because we haven't done anything. All art classes, probably gonna be pretty easy, and I like my teachers. I have a lot of free time because most of them end fairly early. Then I just try to hang out on the Ave or something. I go to the University of Washington if you didn't know that. It's about a 20 minute drive from my house but I'm living in Queen Anne with my grandma. To be honest, the bus takes about the same amount of time as it would from home most days, but it's good to get out of the house. I didn't bring my car because it's a stick shift, which would kill me in Queen Anne hills and Seattle traffic. Also it can't get here 'cause it can't go on the freeway. Anyway, I'm in an art fig with Ariel , so I'm not totally lonely in my classes, but I do hope I make new friends soon.

In other news, I'm still going out with that purple-haired kid . Our anniversary is next weekend. October 9th. Pretty insane that it's been that long. Doesn't feel like it. But I'm happyyy

I just got back from visiting my best friend Dulcie in Bellingham where she goes to Western. It was fuuuun! But now I have to go another two weeks or so without seeing her. :'C At least we got to do lots of fun stuff and even made a giant gorgeous finger-painting with her friend that is going up on his wall. Sooo fun.
